Printed butterflies crack at the fold line and ghost out by the fourth wash. There is no print on this top. The wings are cut out of the body, backed in fine mesh, and every vein is sewn in raised corded stitch — which is also what stops an open hole from becoming a tear.
The centre-back seam runs straight through the middle as the butterfly's body. That's not a coincidence. It's the reason the wings sit flat across your shoulder blades instead of collapsing.
